Booking your yacht charter 2–3 weeks before your desired date is advised, particularly during the high season which runs from May to September. To ensure availability and customization options for business functions or private festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather conditions?
Your safety is our foremost concern. In the event that our captain determines the weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for your yacht experience or issue a full refund. We stay vigilant about weather forecasts and will get in touch with you 24 hours before your scheduled departure should there be any concern.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you're welcome to supply your own food and drinks. Nevertheless, we also provide exemplary catering services that can be tailored to your palate. Please consider that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.

What are your terms for cancellation?
For cancellations made over 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. For cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your departure time are non-refundable, except in the case of inclement weather or mechanical issues from our side.
