1. Introduction
Welcome to CommonsServiceLedger ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our yacht charter services and website located at commonsserviceledger.top (the "Service") operated by CommonsServiceLedger.
By reserving a yacht or utilizing our Service, you consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should not use the Service.
2. Service Overview
CommonsServiceLedger offers luxurious yacht charter services, which include, but are not limited to:
- Daily yacht rentals
- Sunset cruises
- Corporate retreats
- Private celebrations
- Extended yachting adventures
Service availability is based on existing conditions and accessibility. We hold the right to adjust or cease services as we see fit.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For a successful booking, you are required to:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Submit precise and thorough details
- Make the necessary deposit as delineated in your booking confirmation
- Accept and adhere to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Booking confirmation is contingent upon payment receipt and our issuance of a written confirmation. We may decline service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3.3 Availability
Vessel availability for charters is conditional upon suitable weather and conditions. We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling whenever feasible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All pricing is presented in € and encompasses applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are vulnerable to changes without notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the overall charter cost is payable at the time of booking
- Balance: Due two days prior to the departure of the charter
- Supplementary charges (if applicable): Due upon the charter's completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept widely-used credit cards, bank transfers, and verified cheques. Payments are processed using safe and encrypted mechanisms.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Entire refund minus processing fees
- 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund given
5.2 Weather Cancellations
If conditions are considered hazardous by our captain, we will propose to:
- Arrange your charter for an alternative date with no extra cost
- Issue a full refund if rebooking is not feasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
Should a mechanical issue arise with the designated vessel, we will endeavour to supply an acceptable replacement. If this is not possible, we will provide a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All passengers are expected to:
- Heed all instructions given by the crew
- Utilize safety equipment as directed
- Disclose any health conditions that could impact their safety
- Stay within specified areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed on board:
- Glass receptacles
- Illicit substances
- Weapons or firearms
- Excessive amounts beyond reasonable non-alcoholic beverages
- Pets (except with prior approval)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers should behave courteously. We reserve the right to end a charter prematurely with no refund if passenger conduct endangers safety or impairs the experience for others.
